With over 20 years of hands-on experience working with Fortune 500, mid-size and even entrepreneurial start-ups, Scott Neitlich unearths each company’s unique brand and its distinctions. With a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Scott creates deep and unique distinctions for every client and product incorporating business goals and the financial aspects to deliver a solid plan with strategies for a successful implementation.

While assisting Mattel develop its boys and collector toys, Scott was responsible for creating their first online website, Matty Collector. It was the first time such a mixed media offering was implemented at Mattel. He was responsible for developing the iconic Comic Con He-Man booth driving increased revenue of 72% year on year. 

 

Scott has consulted with numerous types of companies to develop impactful brands and new packaging and services. He has worked in auto maintenance, industrial parts manufacturing, pharmaceutical sales, consumer product manufacturing and food services across the nation.

 

Known as the "Toy Guru", Scott represented Mattel and other toy companies becoming a sought out source for journalists and fan sites seeking information on the current trends of collector toys. 

 

In 2024, Scott published Myth Wars, an original graphic novel for teens and collectors about the teenage years of Zeus and the other gods. It is entirely illustrated by AI including an extensive "real person" sketchbook.

About Barbara.

 

After 10 years as a Marketing Manager in the beauty industry, Barbara returned to school to get her Masters in Child Play Therapy from New York University. She went on to a post graduate fellowship at the Reiss Davis Child Study Center before spending several years as a clinician with the HELP Group in Culver City, California. 

 

In addition to ongoing patient work, Barbara has consulted with numerous entertainment companies including BBC America, Ample Entertainment and E! Entertainment. She is frequent contributor to the media and is often quoted in a variety of publications including The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Match.com, Cosmopolitan and Grazia UK.
